Before you start
KoonScan (in full: KoonSystems Scan (for SAP B1)) is an app for the warehouse. Employees scan with a handheld scanner or phone; KoonScan posts it in SAP Business One. You install KoonScan once on a Windows computer (the "server") and then manage it from your browser.
Two ways to install#
You choose one of these two ways. Both give exactly the same KoonScan; the rest of this manual is the same for both.

How to read this manual#
- Every task consists of numbered steps. Do them in order, one by one.
- Next to the steps is the screen you see. The orange numbers on the picture belong to the steps: for step 3 you click or tap the spot marked 3.
- A green box ("Check: this is what you see now") tells you what you should see when it has worked. See something different? Look in chapter 13 "If it does not work".
- An orange box ("Careful") is important: read it before you carry on.
- Pictures of Windows windows (such as the installer) are sketches: they look like what you see, and the button to click is marked.
