How KoonScan works
KoonScan is your helper in the warehouse. You scan what you do (an item, a bin location, an order) and KoonScan puts it in SAP. You never have to retype anything.
Five things to remember#
- Scan in the scan field. At the top of every screen there is a box with a blue border: the scan field. Aim the scanner and press the scan button; you do not have to tap the box first. A good scan gives a short beep and a green flash. A wrong scan gives a low tone, a red flash and a message in plain language.
- Everything is saved straight away. Did the wifi drop for a moment? Just keep working: the scans are sent automatically as soon as the connection is back.
- It only reaches SAP when you tap "Post to SAP". Until then you can still remove scans, or put your work aside and carry on later.
- The house icon at the top right = back to the start screen. If you are busy, KoonScan asks whether you want to keep your work.
- Scanned something wrong? Tap the × next to the line and then Remove?.
